Recently, the Times Higher Education BRICS and Emerging Economies Ranking 2014 published the top 100 educational institutes in BRICS and 17 emerging economies. Once again, KMUTT is ranked no. 1 among Thai universities and no. 29 among the universities in the 22 emerging economies.
The countries included in this ranking were Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa (BRICS) and an additional 17 emerging economies: the Czech Republic, Hungary, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Thailand, Turkey, Chile, Columbia, Egypt, Indonesia, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.
