gPBL program at Shibaura Institute of Technology in Japan on 11-21 Dec. 2017

Venue: at Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Japan

Period of activities: on 11-21 December 2017

Activities: attend the Global Project Based Learning (gPBL) program with international students. (Please find detailed information in the attached flyer)

Accommodation: Saitama Civic Activity Center (Ken-Katsu)

Scholarship: 80,000 Yen (around 26,000 Baht)  Student will manage the scholarship for all expenses by him/herself.

Expenses: about 75,000 Yen (please find detailed information in the attached flyer)

Qualification:

  • Be full-time KMUTT student
  • GPA ≥ 2.60
  • Studying in the 3rd year of bachelor degree or master degree
  • Good proficiency in English communication
  • Able to work in international team/environment
  • Be responsible & punctual
  • Have joined the university activities.  The international activities organized by International Affairs Office (IA) will be specially considered.

Accepting number of participants:  10 students

Documents for applying:

– Application form (in the enclosed file)

– Academic transcript in English

– Resume or CV.

– Essay in one A4 page using A4 paper.  The topic is “Why should you be selected to join the gPBL Program?” and the contect is written in maximum 300 words

Important Date:

30 August 2017 : Deadline to submit the application documents at International Affairs Office, 6th floor of President’s Office Building

1 September 2017: Announcement of the name list for interview

4 September 2017 : Interview test at 1.30-3.30 pm.  The venue will be informed later

5 September 2017 : Announcement of the participant list
