KMUTT, together with OHEC hosted the 7th Taiwan-Thailand Higher Education ForumPosted on July 30, 2019

King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), in co-operation with the Office of Higher Education Commission (OHEC), Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, hosted the 7th Taiwan-Thailand Higher Education Forum on 22 July 2019, at Amari Watergate Bangkok Hotel. During the Opening Ceremony, Dr. Chen-yuan Tung from the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office delivered the opening remark as well as the background of Taiwan-Thailand Higher Education collaboration. Among the many distinguished guests in attendance at the forum were Prof. Dr. Mon-Chi Lio, Political Deputy Minister of Education of Taiwan, Prof. Dr. Wichit Srisa-an, Former Minister of Education of Thailand, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvit Saetia, President of KMUTT, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bundit Thipakorn, Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs of KMUTT, Dr.Aurasa Pavavimol, Deputy Secretary-General of OHEC and the members of Thai and Taiwanese executives.

The aim of Taiwan-Thailand Higher Education Forum is to bring together leading academicians, research scholars, and industrial experts to share their experience and ideas about all aspects of higher education. The theme of the Forum is “Taiwan-Thailand Partnership for Fostering Innovative Learning, Outcome-based Education, and Skill Development Through Industry Collaborations”.
